• Supported to projects for planning/schedule and control works.
• Prepared WBS, RASCI and cost control reports (installed quantities, expended labour hours, and other progress measurements for direct and subcontract work).
• Analyzed and reported earned value, productivity, and risk.
• Identified and tracked all changes or potential changes to the Project Scope.
• Ensured estimates of cost changes and schedule impact visible to the client and project management team.
• Managed and used Primavera P6 and MS Project in monitoring, controlling and updating cost estimates and schedules (Level 1 to 4 or Class I to V).
• Follow-up and re-recording of all documentation (Drawings, Reports, Invoices, Payment Certificates, etc.)
• Established Company Cost Control System with MS Navision ERP software with the accounting team.
