Project Planner:
- Creating/establishing new project plans and portfolio for the Architect (interior & Fitting)department
- Running a Baseline revision for annual program including workpackages for area maintenance (Surface 6 Scaffoliding diciplines)
- Responsible to analize all critical activitites due to variation orders.
- Status reporting internal & external
- Responsible to keep the plans updated and accurately, using Safran Project 3.7 version as planning tool.
- Coorperation with Engineering due to work packages and variation orders.
- Included in team working to update the process development for planning in Maintenance & Modification projects.
