For the past twenty years I have been working in the project control function on major multi-disciplinary projects. With my proficiency in project management principles, I have developed project management systems and detail project planning for the purpose of effective construction management and budget control in several infrastructure projects in Asia, South Africa and Europe.
Aside from developing project plans for management purpose, I have also equipped with strong interpersonal and management skills, including steering project management meetings, identification of project delays and the implementation of solutions. Additionally, my responsibility also includes overseeing sub-contracts, problem identifications, and initiation of solutions to the Management Team.
I am proficient in all major project-planning packages including Primavera P3.1 & P6, Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office packages. The above-mentioned projects have empowered my in-depth knowledge on CPM planning, Pert Charts, S-Curves and Resource loading and cost analyses.
