Senior Planning Engineer, Kentz Engineering, Shell Iraq Majnoon Project

Development and maintenance of  the Engineering FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement and  Construction plan using Primavera P6. Tasks included reviewing and analysing the schedule and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Weekly reporting on progress, resourcing and productivity, weekly dashboards, providing the project team with forecast plans, what if scenarios.  Creation of reports to focus the disciplines on the areas they should be working on. Liaison with management and portfolio team.
