I have over 14 years of planning, monitoring, control and over all project management and process implementation experience on some of the largest projects in Pakistan and Libya. I am a certified Professional Engineer (PE) and Project Management Professional (PMP) and have also worked as authorized trainer and solution provider for Primavera Systems Inc. in Pakistan (PSP).
Over the years I have worked on various large projects ranging from Airports, resorts/ tourist village, School/ Hostel buildings, Residential colonies/ housing complex, Dams, Canals, Barrages, roads and even some mega IT projects. I have managed teams of planners and engineers and have been heading Project Planning and Control department for organizations for the past 5 years. My core expertise has always been planning, monitoring, evaluation and control systems for high value and time critical projects and have also been involved in complete project life cycles (from planning and execution to project close-outs) providing typical planning and control services.
I have recently completed a large project for a Maltese multinational company Corinthia Construction (Overseas) Ltd, where i was heading the Planning section on a tourist village project comprised of fully furnished, mixed use high rise buildings, fully furnished luxury residential units and aligned infrastructural services in Tripoli, Libya. I am currently working with CDM Constructors Inc., USA, for their USAID and CIDA funded projects in Pakistan.
