Role & Responsibility–Planning & Scheduling and monitoring of the Projects on going at Hyderabad, Chennai & Calcutta(N-E) regions: Power Plants (270 MW), Residential, Commercial and College Buildings. Preparation of Zero Cost Estimates for allotted Projects

Additional responsibilities: Involved in the development& Implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system in the Organization.
Provided Technical assistance in (UTA process) User Testing Acceptance and Implementation of ERP mainly for Project Cost Estimation and Billing Monitoring modules etc.
