In conjunction with relevant Managers, Supervisors & Engineers, developing and maintaining detailed activity plans for an FPSO
Developing and maintaining Operations Plans
Liaising with other members of the Operations team to assist co-ordination of their workscopes
Provide planning input to offshore POB requirements & planning support for offshore activities
Assist with Shutdown planning (including creation and management of ‘mini’ shutdown plans)
Issue weekly planning updates to an internal and external distribution list & provide offshore with necessary Operations plans to be migrated within their 28 Day Plan
Responsible for creating and maintaining several associated ‘Integrated’ plans
Creating stand-alone plans which members of the Operations department may require
Attending & providing documentation for required planning meetings incl. conference calls with offshore facility re the 28 day or 90 day plans etc.
Considering the impact of any planning changes made and ensuring any agreed changes are communicated effectively
