Responsibilities : -
- Assignment of Golf Course Ground in Desert Area with 9 nos. Of Executive Bungalows.
- Execution work as per the Project plan including all civil, mechanical and electrical activities, resource allocation.
· Co-ordination with Project Manager and Contracts Manager day to day basis for the work plan and reporting the status of work execution.
· Studying drawings, technical specification, contract document and Standards to examine variations with respect to site conditions.
· Reviewing the contractor’s method statement, erection procedures and work plans.
· To maintain the Quality & emphasis on safety measures during execution of civil works at site.
· Conduct regular project review meeting to assess quality, schedule of various activities in time, reasons of delays and other recommendations to make up delays.
Achievement : -
In 1 Year, We have completed the world class Golf Course in Dubai (Jumeirah Golf Estate) and Dubai World Golf Championship final Match held on Nov. 2009 on the same Ground.
