Responsible for all cost and financial related functions of a Joint Venture Semi Submersible Conversion Project at the HAM Marine Shipyard in Pascagoula, Mississippi, The Enserch Garden Banks Semi Submersible Upgrade and Conversion. Developed tools, established change control, and managed schedules. The Project scope doubled with only minor schedule extension. Acted as Project Manager for the closure of the project.
