Planning Engineer, Bam Nuttall Limited, Defence Construction

On my current project i carry out the following duties: • Prepare the Programme for Acceptance, working closely with site and Client teams to develop content and logic • Compile detailed reports for commercial forecasting and delay assessments, demonstrating entitlement to additional time as an integral part of the Compensation Event Quotation system • Communicate the PFA to operational team members and the Client using Primavera P6 and Time-Location software • Manage integration of short-term operational programmes with the contract programme and conducting briefings and tutorials on content and logic • Conducte detail planning of complex construction, procurement and design activities to prepare fully resourced and robust programmes • Conducte monthly progress reporting on the PFA, analysing programmes to identify critical reasons for delay and communicating to key project personnel
