Responsibilities Include:
- Progress monitoring, reporting and forecasting.
- Incorporating change notice and owner / Subcontractor incurred delays into the projects baseline schedule.
- Perform delay analysis, quantification of delays prepare and review claims.
- Coordinate with other project teams to make sure schedule, budgeting and safety matters are maintained and kept in order.
- Conduct progress reports, produce look-ahead programs and identify potential risks and problems.
- Demonstration of entitlement to extension of time occurring as a result of disruption/ loss of efficiency.
- Assist in preforming contract administration activities.
