Responsible for Project Planning and Scheduling of Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Structural Project with computerized systems Primavera P6.8.3 or Microsoft Project.
Develop & Implement Project Control Procedures / Change Order with Project Scope of Work.
Update schedules with physical progress and man-hour expenditure to show all trends, status, and forecast & prepare scenarios.
Ensure the Overall Planned Project S-Curve against Actual Project S-Curve isusually updated monthly.
Prepare & present all weekly and monthly progress reports to Senior Management & Contractor.
Supervision and Coordination with team of engineers and designers.
Coordinate with the Quality control department as well as the Client for inspection of the fabricated joints.
Highlight critical activities and other constraints to Management.
Follow up Review of Shop drawings for structural and piping drawings.
Conduct weekly status review meetings with Contractor
Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development
Making sure the achieved progress on the project fits the progress anticipated in the schedule.
Review schedules and planning ensuring that it’s according to contractual weight factors.
