Responsible for Project Schedule Update and Change Implementation of Six (6) Structural Modules with Primavera P6. 8.3.
Implement Charges on Project Control Procedures with Project Scope of Work.
Update schedules with physical progress and Man-hours expenditure to show all trends, status, and forecast & prepare scenarios.
Ensure the Overall Planned Project S-Curve against Actual Project S-Curve isusually updated monthly.
Prepare & present all weekly and monthly progress reports to Senior Management and Client.
Highlight critical activities and other constraints to Management.
Monitoring and reporting of the progress of all aspects of the Project (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning, Contractual, etc…).
Follow up Review of Shop drawings for structural and piping drawings with team of Engineers/Designers.
Conduct weekly status review meetings with Client.
Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development
Making sure the achieved progress on the project fits the progress anticipated in the schedule.
Review schedules and planning ensuring that it’s according to contractual weight factors.
