Project : Petronas Carigali Tukmenistan Development Project
Project Involved:
1. MCR-A Gravity Base Structure Fabrication.
2. MCR-A Major Topside Fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Planning (P3 Project Planner) & monitor the Fabrication project planning and scheduling activities inclusive integrated s-curve, resource planning, costing, progress monitoring and reportingin the scope of all activities (Electrical/instrument/Piping/commissioning/structural) on work pack and site execution.
- Technical advised on installation, job scope, and technical query, as built drawing and Est.
- Prepare, plan & revised daily schedule & look ahead schedule of construction activities with the reference to the project Network and onsite condition.
- Taking over Project Engineer Duties during his off duties.
- To update Client Construction Superintendent in distributing of trades (Manpower) as per schedule to obtain maximum output.
- Monitor actual man hour expenditures per task and compare with estimated to obtain better realistic approach to schedule.
- Monitor work progress and adjust schedule of work depending
on unscheduled/extra as required during project implementation.
- Prepare daily Progress Report(Daily report of construction activities)
- Prepare and compile project data/documentation for close out report on unscheduled/extra as required during project implementation.
- Prepare daily Progress Report(Daily report of construction activities)
- Prepare and compile project data/documentation for close out report.
- Monitoring & records incoming & Outgoing Material on sites.
