· Undertaking resource planning/scheduling & tracking of progress of project & forecasts based on current trends i.e. M.S. Project 2010 & PRIMAVERA P6.
· Co-ordination & Meeting with Site, Client, supplier and internal department (Engineering, Procurement, and Finance etc). Highlight various critical issues & deriving solutions in order to resolve it well before it impacts the overall project progress.
· Plan and organize the activities of Project via L1-L4 Network, PERT/CPM Chart for Transmission Line and Substation Projects.
· Proper updation of web based internal Project Management Software-Concerto.
· Reviewing budgetary information, interpreting financial data, monitoring expense reports, and performing cost-benefit analysis on internal programs
· Organizing & attending regular project review meetings with Key Project Members & Spain team on weekly basis.
· Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Progress Report (DPR, WPR, Progress Curve, S-Curve, Visual Chart, Production Schedule, Supply status etc.)
· Responsible for monitoring of project execution at various sites in respect of timely execution, timely delivery of material within budget.
