He was part of tenders team and worked on many major project tenders in New Zealand, and his main responsibilities are discussed below:- Responsible for developing L3/L4 tender programmes along with cost and resource loading, and also developing various histograms for the same.- Coordinating with project engineers and project managers for programme inputs and also to give and take inputs on construction methodology and sequencing.- Present programme during programme review and tender review meetings.- Coordinate with estimators for their resourcing and pricing inputs.- Take part in Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).- Give and take inputs during Risk review meetings and for Risk Register.
