Major focus of responsibility with Layton Construction, is with the Health Care Group.
Provide administrative and technical direction for project schedulers and develop / implementation of the Scheduling Data Base for Primavera P6, and insure project controls and standards.
Interface / Maintain liaison with project management, clients, subcontractors, etc. on all planning and scheduling related items and functions including reporting requirements, progress status.
Provide on-the-job training for on project management and sub contractors on schedules and how they function and the interpretation there- in.
