Position: Project Planning
Project: Central Fault Block Extension Well Head Platform (CFBX WHP) &Okwok Wellhead Platform Jacket (OKWOK WHP)
Client: Afren Energy Resources Limited
Activities:
· Prepare management Report.
· Liaised with project manager and its team on monthly Primavera P6 schedule, Progress Measurement Sheet (PMS) and submit same to Client.
Analyse Project cost and Budget Allocation per period
· Preparation of Procedures, Variation Proposal & Technical Queries.
· Set up and Control Company Master Document Registers.
· Receive and maintain project deliverables and technical data.
· Ensure consistent formatting, labeling, and numbering of Company documentation and records.
· Assist on As-built Data Book for Client’s Approval.
· Manage MRF report
· Manage the review and approval cycle for Company document control, plans and procedures.
