Project Control and BIM Specialist
Experienced in providing critical path method schedules for the design and construction phases of large-scale transportation and education projects, including the MTA Capital Construction/LIRR East Side Access project. In all schedule development, he works with the contractor and assists in the evaluation of contract requirements. Mr. Chengappa has created a forensics schedule for a claims work and he has aslo hleped the team to put up some proposal schedules. He is adept in the use of Primavera 6 for schedule management, he is proficient in Building Information Modeling and is a part of a team which is depolying BIM at STV for construction management.
