Ø Analysis of tender document & defining an initial project management plan & project execution philosophy.
Ø Division of project into various packages, units, functions & disciplines.
Ø Deciding weightages of various levels of the project based on man-hours/commercial analysis.
Ø Calculating weighted progress & roll up the progress from bottom most level to project level.
Ø Development of EPC Schedule for submission of technical bid using Primavera P3/P6.
Ø Preparation of S-curves for different disciplines & for overall project.
Ø Resource loading on the basis of weightages.
Ø Manpower & Machinery deployment schedule.

Project Details:
Title Borouge 2-Polyolefin Product Handling and Marine Works (Abu Dhabi)
Scope Erection of 8500 tons of structural steel, about 1700 equipments & 200000 inch-dia piping works.
Duration 26 months
Cost $74 million
Responsibilities
Ø Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress reports. Arranging monthly billing invoices.
Ø Making weekly & monthly look-ahead schedule.
Ø Estimating & claiming of extra-works due to change of work against scope of work.
Ø Co-ordinating with client, top management & execution personnel.
Ø Preparing technical queries.
Ø Accountable for manpower & resources planning.
