• Practical understanding and knowledge of standard project management method (PMBOK) 



• Developing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) through well understanding of contract documents and Project Scope of Work



• Planning and scheduling projects using Primavera P6 V.7, and Microsoft Project 



• Developing program baseline plan for the project to produce accurate results and reflects overall budget and planning caps and timelines



• Identifying trends and variances of project regarding time and cost and proposing options for mitigating actions



• Controlling project progress, cost, and time; using Earned Value Management Methodology



• Liaising with stakeholders to obtain information for project controls, planning, scheduling and project management support
