As a Lead/ Senior Planning / Scheduling Engineer these are my duties and responsibilities:
*Develop Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Schedules (Level II, III, & IV) & in
accordance with the work breakdown structure.
*Prepare Pre-com., Commissioning, & Start-up Schedules (Level IV).
*Prepare Project Cost analysis, Claims, & Identifies critical activities, floats and slipped activities.
*Prepare Progress measurement sheets, Weekly Commodity & Manpower reports.
*Prepare all necessary Graphs (“S” curves, Skyline, Histogram etc.) required for the project.
*Check monthly invoice submitted by Sub-contractors.
*Monitor & analyze the Manpower & equipments utilization.
*Participate in all meetings with the respective Sub-contractors & Clients.
*Review monthly reports and assesses schedule progress, delaying factors.
*Prepare Progress monitoring and reporting of planned, earned and expended values.
*Attend meetings and progress reviews.
*Provide interface between the engineering, procurement activities & the construction schedule.
*Establish key engineering, procurement, construction, and contract milestones.
*Participate in schedule risk review & meeting.
