1.           Keeping an eye on manpower deployment on site and performing Man-hour Analysis for suggesting corrective actions.<?xml:namespace prefix = o />

2.           Regularly visit on-going project construction site-verify progress and monitor the manpower & equipment utilization.

3.           Preparing, revising and updating Schedule.

4.           Updating schedule on weekly basis and submission to client with weekly reports.
