December 2007 to Present – Balfour Beatty Construction – Planning Manager responsible for both contract & tender planning
On Site Contract Planning
Responsible for both high level & detailed programmes including fortnightly progress up-dates for frame, envelope, fit out & mechanical/electrical services.
Preparation & monitoring of subcontract procurement programmes & design programmes.
I am also involved with BIM elements for new projects producing 4D simulation in Navisworks Autodesk.
