Iam a Planning Engineer working with EMCO-Qatar.

 

  1.  To prepare the Overall schedule includes Engineering, Procurement & Construction, Commisioning
  2. To prepare Resource Chart for the plan,
  3. To prepare a budget estimate for the project
  4. Updating Progress of project, delays to Top of management & client
  5. Meeting with clients periodically.
  6. Monitor & control of execution KPI.
  7. Support PMs and Proj ENgineers to solve issues related to planning
  8. Providing cashflow and Earned value charts for Internal and External
