Lead Planner – London Underground SSR Package 4 Project
I provided overall day to day programme management for the Client’s (LUL) SSR Power Upgrade programme of works. The project team were responsible for the construction and fit out of a new Bulk Supply Point (BSP) for London Underground at Edgware Road under NEC contract conditions.
I was responsible for analysing the ‘programme’ effect of Early Warnings & Compensation Events, together with likely mitigation strategies.
In addition I was responsible for the provision of short and medium term ‘look ahead’ programmes coupled with interrogation of the sub-contractors programmes to ensure adherence to agreed delivery timescales.
I was personally responsible for the production of all periodic dashboards and progress reports, particularly during the test and commissioning phase.
