  • Consultation and support for the usage and development of a reporting system based around Primavera P3e to monitor the implementation and design of the various systems involved in NHS’ £6bn NPfIT.
  • Development and implementation of project to upgrade to P3e version 5.0 (including systems testing including interfaces to existing bespoke reporting databases, development of User Application Testing documents, etc.) – all in a very time constrained environment.
  • Ongoing support in terms of redesign / streamlining of system, new reports and best ways to utilise Primavera.
