Key Role :
ü Review the design of awarded project.
ü Act as Liaison Engineer who coordinate with the Design Consultant, Sub Contractors, Vendors and all related Institution which involved in the process of feasibility study.
ü Arrange the resources of materials, labors and equipment to support the finalizing of the work.
ü Coordinate with Site Manager to ensure the working methods inline with the plan.
ü Establish progress calculation system and maintain and report the daily, weekly and monthly progress to the client.
ü Evaluate/tracking master schedule, weekly and monthly schedule and make projected schedule as a guideline schedule for construction activities.
Records and analyze productivity of manpower, efficiency of tools and equipment as part of cost controlling system
