  • Schedule analysis including development of 8 week lookahead schedules. Creating What if scenarios based on current fabrication status, structural and piping, predicting on site start date.
  • Liaise between Sub-Contract planning team regarding claimed progress and slippage.
  • Analysis of shop fabrication data, both piping and structural. Providing  superintendents reports per shipment and module.
  • Yard progress verification: analysis of Sub-Contract claimed progress against company verified progress.
