  • Solely accountable for the management of the recruitment budget both in FTE and fiscal based on strategic analyse of projected sales and square footage.
  • Create and deliver recruitment strategy for peak trading and new store openings in a fast paced reactive environment.
  • Increase store stability by a significant 11% year on year by creative and innovative solutions to include term time working and work trials.
  • Introduced term-time working contracts to meet headcount requirements and reduce attrition.
  • Introduced work trials to recruitment process.
  • Write, develop, deliver & evaluate soft skills training at all levels (incl train the trainer, time management & interview skills).
  • Manage Gap Year Placement program.
  • Deliver training for national internal Management Training Program (incl leadership & change management).
  • Co-ordinate staff and management inductions ensuring 4, 8 & 12 week reviews are completed.
