My Project Manager role covers a number of differing brief's that adapt and change to suit the business’s needs.
Phasing Department Head – Multi account support role to the Project & Construction Teams. Providing detail analysis, advise and graphical representation of the agreed upon sequencing of the project. Involving intense liaison and dialogue with clients, design team members, stakeholders and end user/existing user for new build, refurbishment and acquisition projects.
BIM/CAD/Sketchup Champion – Responsible for the Autodesk/Sketchup licences and team within RG Group. Assisting Bid, Project & Construction teams through the use of various design software for site set-up, phasing and dimensional checking.
