Role & Duties:
- Scheduling for Pre-Development Stage i.e Design Management, Cost Management, Authority Approval, and Procurement Management
- Review and analysis schedule and resource plan submitted by contractor
- Review and analysis progress report and chronology of events submitted by contractor
- Prepare progress report to the Executive Commitee and Client
- Review, analysis and recommend Extension of Time submitted by contractor
