- Using Microsoft Project 2003 to create project plans
- Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequences of events for a particular project
- Presenting my plans with visual aids such as Gantt Chart or Tracking Gantt
- Monitoring progress from start to finish and comparing this to the proposed timescale
- Liaising with the site manager and supervisors throughout the process and making adjustments to the project as necessary
- Help in producing project status reports including ‘S’ Curves
