Responsible for production of resourced tender programme and other deliverables for tenders within the estimating department, including reviewing bid requirements and conditions, Accountable for development of sequence including temp works. produced histograms and cash flow, as well as risk analysis using quantitative analysis. also helped in bid proposals including write-ups and editing
Worked on bids ranging from nuclear, CCGT, waste to energy, roads and infrastructure, as well as some varied building works. Bid values from £6.5m to £2.5bn.
I assisted in forensically analysing the path activities in order to prepare a convincing case for adjustments to the contractual periods. I also adapted the Kier Primavera and project controls templates to suit the site reporting procedure
