Responsible for planning and project control through the use of Primavera P6, analysis of direct and indirect costs associated with individual project activities ( cost centers ), analyzing of deviations from budget, preparation of monthly reports including monthly closings, preparation of photo report and actual production report. Preparation of cash flow through the use of Primavera P6. Constant reporting.
