Preparation of Level - 1 Schedule for the tenders & Level – 3 for the awarded projects.
Preparation & submission of project progress reports to management & client on weekly & monthly basis.
Overseeing effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization for enhancing productivity & profitability.
Identifying the areas of concerns and prepare a corrective and preventive action plan based on the Root Cause Analysis technique.
Manage the project budget & forecast cost at completion based on current project trends.
Preparation of cash inflow & outflow for the project based on the schedule.
Preparation of invoices based on the progress achieved for the previous month.
Control Project Execution (Stage reviews, Project planning, Monitoring & control regarding the project budget, Schedule work packages resources, regular link with in-house projects services).
