Execution of all civil works as per standard drawings and specifications.
Taking off quantities from Architectural & Structural drawings of all the activities involved till completion of project at the beginning of project planning stage.
Preparation of B.O.Q
Preparation of weekly and monthly planning for contractor’s and sub-contractor’s work.
Checking of contractor’s and sub-contractor’s bills and certify the same.
Checking & reviewing contractors shop drawings for all structural works and co-ordinate it with all service contractor work.
Inspection of civil and structural material delivered to the project site for compliance with approved materials data/samples. Ensure that the testing of materials is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and relevant codes/standards.
Ensuring co-ordination between contractor and sub-contractor work for smooth progress of entire project.
