I possess both good communication and business acumen with the pedigree in developing and harnessing profitable engineering business ventures having acquired over 25 years of experience working in the construction industry. I have acquired a long experience in the procurement, design, construction and commissioning of building and civil engineering projects. I have worked with large organizations in Europe, Asia, Middle-east and Africa and I have worked on large projects such as the US$20 billion Hong Kong International Airport, the US$14 billion Taiwan High Speed Rail, the Dubai waterfront  project, a mixed use of commercial and residential development and MTR Corporation of Hong Kong. I have the ability to achieve high levels of performance with good project and risks identification, quantification, assessment and the development of a system of risks register and managing mitigations along with strong financial and commercial acumen.
