o SAP Helpdesk/support for end user/ Planner on Board
o Altering and modifying, Equipment, Work Tasks, Material, Frequencies, to reflect
o Alterations in maintenance philosophy
o Building and improving reports on maintenance as required
o Reviewing equipment structures from P&ID diagrams and creating a
Hierarchical family of plant and equipment
o Creating Material Master Data and Bill Of Material in SAP
o Monitoring the integrity of data within the Management System and
Highlighting missing or incorrect
o Recording maintenance activities as required by the planned maintenance system.
o Scheduling and generating reports from PMS program SAP
o Input of work order information to SAP.
o Ensure maintenance complies with Rubicon’s Management and Safety Case.
o Prepare and update maintenance reports and manpower usage records and reports
o Carry out maintenance system administration duties and other clerical and administrative duties.
