Deliver Planning Services to quantify technical development of airline customer change requests.   

Role:

Principal architect and developer, co-leading a team of 8.

Responsibility:

Consulted, coordinated and analysed requirements. Built processes and systems to track code development. Reported time, resources and budget. Trained all teams and Senior Management on the new process.

Achievement:1^st year survey concluded an 80% increase in efficiency. New 5 year term approved.
