- Preparation of Detailed Engineering Document schedule
- Preparation of Engineering progress calculations, S curve and MIS report.
- Review and analyzing the schedules submitted by vendors.
- Monitoring & updating the design engineering status, procurement status and vendor drawing review status.
- Preparation of critical items action lan, look-ahead plan based on discussion, to resolve the critical issues likely to impact the project progress and monitoring the same for implementation.
