  • Preparation of Master Construction Schedule based on the Scope of works and the construction drawings.

  • Preparation of micro level work Sequences so that the client will able to interpret the work procedure and step involved in the construction sequence of activities.

  • Preparation of planned work checklist of activities to determine the progress of work and find the difficulties involved in the work.

  • Preparation of Manpower histograms as per the planned activities and required if necessary for actual.

  • Allocation of Manpower resources as per the planned activities.

  • Preparation of Daily Progress Report and get the approval from the client.

  • Generation of S-Curves for the planned and the performed actual. To have a comparison and find the deviation to determine in which location there is a lacking.

  • Preparations of Mobilisation Schedule from the Baseline Schedule if accepted by the Client and if not accepted prepare the Mobilization Schedule based on the Revised Schedule.
