- Hands on Project execution from the design stage to handing over.
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring of projects thru MS Projects.
- BOQ Preparation from base drawing.
- Technical finalisation of Service utility packages in coordination with Client & Consultant for Refrigeration, HVAC, Boiler, Compressed Air System, Co2, WTP, and ETP packages.
- Technical & Commercial analysis for attaining approval of various vendor proposals.
- Vendor selection, Negotiation & follow up for the entire project procurement.
- On site material scheduling, forecasting & vendor finalisation, negotiation & follow up during the project execution.
