Project Controls Engineer (Sr. Estimator / QS / Planner), Auckland Steel Pty Ltd, Construction of Various Commercial Building & Residential Building, Hospital, school

• Undertake material take off from Engineering drawings and BOQ.

• Formulate final quote using StruMIS software and provide clients with competitive bid, tender schedule, manning and associated costing structure.

• Set up and monitor budgets associated with estimates submitted across all functions of the company.

• Prepare Master Project Schedules for fabrication and site construction works.

• Monitor and keep track of progress.

• Change Management / Manage all contract variations.

• Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports, project critical path and report schedule deviations to the Project Managers.

• Prepare and submit monthly progress payments claims.

• Negotiate final agreed value with the clients and finalize contracts final account.

• Prepare and present monthly financial cash flow reports to company Directors.
