Senior Engineer - Planning, Associated Constructions & Investments LLC, Jumeirah Lake Tower - Retail Development

Leads planning, scheduling, cost control for all phases of the projects



• Participates in project planning processes, define scopes, establishing WBS & budgets on allocated projects



• Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules on Primavera, with forecasted resources and cost.



• Develop S-curves and Manpower Histograms



• Maintains & analyzes project cost commitments & forecasts



• Develops and maintains appropriate project control metrics and reports



• Coordinates project activities between internal process project managers, engineering team, and purchasing.



• Use project management tools to cost-estimate, plan and execute project(s)



• Regularly report project progress to manager and project steering team. Identify any problems with cost over-runs or schedule delays to project managers.



• Monitor and control projects to meet the stated objectives.



• Responsible for collecting and reporting cost performance metrics on all projects assigned



• Participates in monthly project reviews meetings.
