· Developing project plan (using P3 ver.6, MSP, Excel) and its control procedures, and setting criteria for measuring progress Flare Project in Asalouyeh and Storage Tanks of Sari-Moghanak.
· Cost control and resource planning to distribute resources and budget to different departments/sites.
· Coordinating with engineering and procurement divisions to ensure the delivery time of drawings, material and equipment to sites
· Scheduling for Fabrication and Erection of EPC Project.
· Comparing Master Plan with actual works and make decision to achieve Target date on Time.
