ENPPIWorking in Project Control Division, Specialized in Planning and Schedule Controlling for Oil & Gas Projects.
Major work duties:
1- Preparation of Planning Execution Plan for projects in initiation phase ( Work Break Down Structure , Schedule levels, Progress Calculation procedure,...etc)
2- Preparation and Control of Projects' Schedules integrating Stake holders requirements.
3- Preparation and Control of Projects' S-Curves in line with Planning Execution Plan.
During execution stage, Monitoring and Controlling project progress , advise required actions to meet schedule requirements.

Contractor : Consortium of Toyo Engineering Corporation and ENPPI
Site : Ameriya District, Alexandria, the Arab Republic of Egypt
Facilities Ethylene plant: 460,000 tons/year, Butadiene extraction plant: 20,000 tons/year
Scope : Lump-sum Turnkey contract of EPC and Commissioning
Work period 36.5 months until successful startup of the plant
Contract amount Approx. : USD 600 million

PDVSA constructing a gas conditioning plant PAGMI (Planta De Acondicionamiento De Gas Para Elmercado Interno) As Part Of Delta Caribe Oriental Project.
Construction work package contains the following :
Deforestation, Site Preparation, Earth Work , Temporary Construction Facilities and Roads
Location :Venezuela, Sucre State, Inside the Gran Mariscal Ayacucho Industrial Complex (CIGMA), Near the City Of Guiria
