W Managing a team of Planners & providing guidance in managing the project schedule against baseline.
W Tender input to bid submissionson planning, operational and build methodology to ensure the production of a winning bid strategy.
W To effectively and professionally develop tender programmes alongside bid team. In addition to be available as a planning expert to assist in other project phases as required.
W Co-ordinate and plan the resources, levels and pro-active sequencing of projects by translating contract information into construction programmes.
W Liaising with the design teamensure that a process for design management is determined for the project
and preparation of Information Required Schedule (IRS), agree and monitor.
W Assessing the impact(s) of the Employer design/construction changes and schedule slippage
W Oversee schedules, risk management plans and proposing mitigating actions
W Formulation of contractors’ proposalsand preparation of design and tender construction programmes, detailing layouts on sequencing, logistics and timing of works.
W Meeting/ communicating with supply chain specialists to confirm suitable method and programme for scope given project specific constraints.
