· Making base line schedule for the client referring BOQ and drawings
· Loading resources - to Primavera base on previous productivity rate.
· Loading (Total project price) cost data to Primavera for getting periodic (Earned value) progress percentage
· Daily productivity reports
· Weekly progress reports
· Monthly planning procedures like update base line to fix the planned value base on the time spent to compare the variance from the earned value.
· Engineering track reports such as, Shop drawing status – submission, approval, under review etc., Material submission status, Method of statements etc.
· Preparing procurement schedule & status
· Co-ordination with sub contractors and MEP
· Recovery programand revised resources to mitigate risk
· Progress update to the actual schedule using manual and global change.
· Make customized reports (P6) for management.
· Preparation of S-curves, Histogram and Trend etc.
· Knowledge about Scope, Risk, Mitigation and crashing critical path etc
· Monitoring activities using other macro and database programs
· Making productivity reports, comparative statements showing fluctuations.
· Manpower requirement for balance of work based on the completed activities and manpower spent.
· Punch & snag list schedules
· Handling over procedures & schedules
· Making daily report of progress showing manpower and % of completion.
· Preparing delay report to tracking the bottlenecks to highlight the concerned personnel action.
· Preparation of monthly report for showing all progress, last month completed activities, plan ahead next month activities to be started (P6), work variation, Manpower report, Cash flow area of concern, QC report – total QC inspection, Material inspection, progress photos etc
· Knowledge of FIDIC (having reference soft copy)
· Preparation of EOT (Extension of Time & cost). The impact of variation order etc. the base line schedule – Preparation of Time grid, PERT and effect in base line schedule.
· Analysis of time impact on cost & calculation of cost using Hudson's formula etc.
