I am an experienced Planning Consultant with a background in Project Management, Construction and Engineering. Educated to Higher Diploma level in Civil Engineering , I have worked in the Civil Engineering, ,Buildings(Commercial and Residential) , Railway(Civil, P-way , Signaling, Telecom, E&P, OLE, Stations ,Platforms, Earth works), Highways heavy construction( Dam ,Irrigation ,Water treatment Plants,) Rail and Road alignment designing environments on multi-discipline projects over their life cycles from feasibility, through concept and detailed design, implementation, testing and commissioning and close out. I communicate effectively and have a robust understanding of planning processes, methodologies and procedures, and the experience to implement their application. I am motivated, conscientious, patient, thorough and hard working with a commitment to achieving results and delivering to deadlines. I am familiar with the development of Work Breakdown Structures and Project/Activity Codes, complex networks, constraint application, critical path analysis, base lining, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Tender, monitoring, planning assumption reporting, Schedule Risk Analysis, Resource and Cost loading, resource levelling and the application of Earned Value Analysis (EVA), producing SPI and CPI,schedule delay and critical path analysis reports. Computer LiteracyI have used Primavera P3 and subsequently P6/P5/P3e extensively and also Asta Power project and Tilos to plan and monitor progress on design, implementation and full life cycle projects. I have P6 database administration experience, including OBS, EPS and Resource Dictionary development. I am familiar with Microsoft Project, and the standard suite of Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
